In September **** I noticed that £** had been taken from my bank account by Amazon MarketPlaceEU. Further checks showed this payment had been taken on a monthly basis since June **** as follows:**** June ******* July ******* August ******* September ******These, according to telephone conversations Amazon, were in respect of Pro Merchant seller account that I had allegedly held. In fact I have never had such an account. **Eventually the seller department agreed to cancel the account and refund the £*** I was owed. I received instructions to give them my bank account details using the secure method they advised and this was done. **Today I received an e mail from Amazon advising me that the account had been cancelled but there was no mention of my refund. Can you help resolve this please.**Terry Reeves
