The issue that I have experienced was: Amazon.de initially advised that a "PRIME" order placed on the *th October would be delivered to our Spanish address on Monday the **th October. Today (**th October) I received an email from Amazon Logistics at **:** saying that the order was out for delivery and would be here by **:** today (**th October). I then sent an update to Amazon to say to leave the package with a neighbour as we would be out in the afternoon. Both our neighbour and I have been at the address constantly, and as it is now **:** nothing has arrived. You can imagine that this is unacceptable and diminishes out trust in not only Amazon, but more so, in their logistics department. Amazon deliver to our UK address and give us good advice about delivery times, and this is also the case with Amazon.es who tend to use a third party courier like the UK - so what is wrong with Amazon Logistics.*Order reference Order ****-*******-******* (Amazon.de)*Delivery address:*Carrer Vall de Gallinera *, Apartment *B - Edificio Moldavia *Javea Alicante ******
