I have been using Amazon without a single problem for more than ** years, and now I have this issue!**Currently I am based in The Netherlands. Last October I used Amazon Pay to buy some painkillers online from a German supplier.**I started receiving letters in the post from infoscore Forderungsmanagement GmbH, asking me to pay EUR**.** for the transaction.*I spoke to Amzon over the phone and they said they will fix.**This is my original email to them dated ********** which I still have a copy of:**(Dear Amazon Infoscore,*I received a letter from you dated ********* asking me to pay **.** EUR. It is related to a transaction (DETAILS BELOW) which was confirmed by Amazon as complete (Status: Abgeschlossen).
