Dear Amazon,*My husband called last Saturday to explain the situation with this pair of shoes. I want to return them but we have lost the original packaging from the post. The issue is that this shoes are huge so I guess there is a manufacturing mistake with the size indication as they are for sure not a **,* (see pictures below). The customer service told us they will send an empty box that we can place the shoes inside but this box did not arrive.
