My Amazon visa was told it hadn.t been received last Oct*Nov and with conversations between pogo they both blamed each other eventually i gave up and then recently and today Amazon has sent a message that my account has been tampered with------what account? the one i didn't send that you didn't receive and that i wasn't charged a £*** fee and then * £*-** fees and then nothing till these last weeks to say they were closing my account???*I had no rec for my payment or agreement so i gave up. I am a ** year young pensioner who can ill afford to waste or lose thi money
