Dear Amazon, I am writing regarding Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The carrier service in Kuwait has been very inconvenient. Tracking the parcel showed a significant delay; it took 9 days to see an update, with an initial expected arrival on Sunday, 6/21. Now, the new arrival date indicates further delay. The prolonged wait has left me feeling uneasy about this shipment. In contrast, DHL and Fedex services are reliable with timely deliveries. I wish to share a visual representation of the current situation with UPS in Kuwait, where packages are left outside in extreme temperatures above 50 degrees. I believe Amazon should reconsider its partnership with carrier companies for the benefit of its loyal customers. Best regards, Salah

Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue I encountered with Amazon Prime. After opening a new account and placing an order, Amazon closed my account without explanation. They claimed I would receive a refund for my order, but they proceeded to charge me and dispatch the item, which I never received. I have reached out to Amazon multiple times through email, providing evidence of these communications. Despite my requests for a refund or replacement, they insist the order was delivered. When I requested proof of delivery, Amazon ignored my inquiry. They have since declined my refund request, citing that the order was fulfilled and delivered. I am seeking guidance as Amazon is unresponsive, even after I stated my legal right to a refund or replacement for undelivered items. The total amount involved is significant at £50. I am willing to share all my correspondence with Amazon if necessary.

Good afternoon, I recently received a recorded telephone message about updating my Amazon Prime account. I called Amazon, and they confirmed it was a scam as we don't have an Amazon Prime account. Surprisingly, I discovered Amazon has been deducting £7.99 monthly since August 7, [redacted], totaling £[redacted].77. Additionally, I realized we have also been charged £3.99 per month for Amazon Music since January 8, [redacted], totaling £71.82. We never signed up for these services as we are unsure of their purpose. I hope to get this resolved soon. Kind regards, Christine H.

Last week, I placed an order for 5 No Black bathroom latches and paid for them. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, only one latch was included. I contacted Amazon, and had to reorder 4 additional latches, for which they issued a gift voucher to cover the extra cost. On Saturday, June 20th, the original 4 latches I initially ordered were delivered, bringing my total to the required 5. However, I received two separate deliveries, each containing 4 latches that I do not need. I am having trouble obtaining a Returns Voucher to send them back to Amazon. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a voucher so I can return the unwanted items to an Amazon collection point. Thank you, Michael Darvill

I recently received a suspicious call from someone claiming to be from Amazon Marketplace, stating that I was charged £89.99 for Amazon Prime membership in error. They requested remote access to my computer, which raised concerns of potential fraud, prompting me to disconnect the call. Upon reviewing my Barclaycard account, I discovered a charge of £80.47 for a Prime membership on June 2, [redacted], which I did not authorize. Despite not having an active subscription on Amazon's website, this charge remains. I seek advice on how to secure a refund for this amount and prevent any unauthorized future deductions for Amazon Prime subscriptions from my Barclaycard account.

Hello, I recently discovered unauthorized payments on my bank card after reviewing my bank statement. Upon realizing the issue, I immediately reported my stolen card to the bank who is now investigating. I learned that payments were made to Amazon, Boohoo, and PrettyLittleThing by the perpetrator. I was advised to contact these companies directly to prevent any further transactions on the card ending in [redacted]. I have already taken steps to address the situation, such as removing my Amazon account. Moving forward, I would appreciate guidance on opening a new Amazon account. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yesterday, a woman claiming to be from Amazon called me about a £79 charge for Prime, which I don't have or want. She asked for details to cancel the payment, but I refused as they should already have them if they took the money. The call seemed suspicious, so I ended it. Despite my attempts, I couldn't reach Amazon's customer service. I contacted my bank, who confirmed it as a possible scam and that no money was taken. I request Amazon to verify and ensure no £79 was charged or will be. I urge Amazon to investigate these fraudulent attempts by scammers posing as them. Thank you for your help. - L. Campbell

I am encountering difficulty accessing my Amazon account due to the absence of my mobile phone. Unfortunately, the phone malfunctioned while charging on the day it was delivered, causing a fire hazard that was prevented by the fuse box master switches. Following a factory reset on my desktop computer, I had to update my Amazon password, leading to the removal of all saved passwords. Amazon insists on sending a one-time verification code to my mobile device, which is inoperable and unable to receive texts or calls. Despite attempts to contact Amazon UK via phone and email, both methods have been unsuccessful, with outdated phone numbers and an unrecognized email address provided. I am at a standstill since all avenues to reach Amazon for support necessitate account authentication, which I am unable to complete without a functioning mobile phone.

I recently discovered I was being charged £99.00 for a service I didn't request. Upon contacting customer service, a representative assured me he would guide me through canceling this charge online with a cancel code. This led to a lengthy conversation where he suggested removing my Mcafee security, updating it, and providing a refund. However, during the process, my computer shut down and won't reboot, leaving it vulnerable without protection. I urgently need a technician to fix this issue and secure a refund. You can reach me at 01[redacted]83. I appreciate a swift resolution as my computer is essential, especially since a terminally ill friend contacts me daily using it. The technician was supposed to call back at 16.00, so I hope for a speedy resolution in the next two hours.

In May, I tried to purchase 2 cycle helmets and 2 cycle inner tubes using a new laptop. I immediately received a message about a security issue, prompting me to buy from another supplier. Later, I got an email from Amazon stating they would send the items, even though they didn't show up on my order list. I received one helmet from Fischer shipped by Hermes without any documentation. Since you didn't process my order, I don't want the Fischer helmet and instead wish to cancel the other helmet and inner tubes for a full refund. I've had trouble reaching Amazon and I'm frustrated with the whole situation.

I recently made a purchase for a VPN costing £76 while experiencing a psychotic episode. Due to my mental health condition, I struggle with rational decision-making during such episodes. Fortunately, the Islington crisis team intervened, providing me with medication and support. As I am unable to work due to my mental health issues, I must be cautious with my finances. I kindly request a refund to my account to support my living expenses. Your understanding and assistance in this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you, David B. I received an Alexa ECHO as a gift from a friend, and it worked perfectly after installation. However, when I tried to subscribe to Amazon Unlimited Music (£3.99 per month), I encountered an issue with my account. It seems the gift may not have been properly registered to me. I would like to have this gift added to my account so I can subscribe to the unlimited music service. I have provided my email address, which is associated with my Amazon purchases, and I also have my friend's email address available. I have been trying to contact Amazon via email due to difficulty hearing on the phone, but have not had success. I inadvertently reached out to Amazon US and they directed me to you. I have been struggling with this for some time, so I'm hoping you can assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

Order number A[redacted]3. I am seeking transparency and honesty regarding this order. Initially told it would be dispatched on Wednesday, 23/6/20, and arrive on Friday. Subsequently informed of delays due to an address error, followed by assurances it would be delivered over the weekend. Despite multiple messages regarding its imminent arrival, it is currently at a different dispatch center. I urgently need this order as it includes a gift and a Father's Day present from my son. While delays are understandable, the inconsistent updates have left me feeling deceived. When can I expect to receive this order?

Last May, I received a digital copy of Science Focus on my Kindle without requesting it, assuming it was a promotion. Subsequently, I received an email in June stating my subscription was up for renewal at £39. I promptly canceled it and checked my bank account, realizing £19 had been debited on July 1st last year for a year's subscription to Science Focus. This is the second occurrence as I had a similar issue with Bliss, which was resolved with a refund. I do not desire any online magazine subscriptions. I am requesting a refund of £19 and assurance this will not happen again. Looking forward to your prompt response. - Graham G.

I received the Indesit electric oven yesterday, but unfortunately, the instruction manual was missing. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and speaking with an agent who assured me a manual would be sent, I am still unsure when it will arrive. This situation is particularly difficult for me as I have disabilities and rely on my son to prepare meals for me. Without the manual, I was unable to have a meal yesterday and will continue to face this challenge until I receive the necessary instructions. I requested a way to file a complaint, but was given a premium rate number which I cannot afford. I am upset by this experience, especially the added stress it has caused me this morning. I reached out to Amazon for this purchase due to my loyalty as a long-time customer. I am deeply disappointed by this situation and the impact it is having on my health. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely, R. Kenny.

I am seeking assistance with finding a valid promotional code for my order. I need to know where I can locate the correct code. My shipping address is correctly entered with the billing address being the same. The payment method used is a Visa card ending in [redacted]. The item I ordered is "Um Cabo-Verdiano Pelo Mundo (Portuguese Edition)" by Salazar Ferro for $13.99 through Amazon Export Sales LLC. I have selected gift options as well. Please help me with the promotional code issue. Thank you.

I inadvertently signed up for a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime after purchasing a book in March [redacted]. However, I failed to cancel within the trial period, resulting in monthly charges of £7.99 debited from my account from April to July [redacted]. I have reported this to my bank as fraudulent activity and been advised to contact Amazon Prime for a refund. Given my limited use of Amazon, the continuous charges are not financially viable. The way Amazon Prime subscriptions are structured can be misleading, as customers are not prompted before being charged. To prevent further debits, I have cancelled my card. I am seeking a refund of £31.96 for the four unauthorized payments. Thank you, J. Maynes

I recently experienced an issue with my account. My husband, who was the original account holder, passed away. I opened a new account in my name but kept the same email address we shared. I successfully made an order using this new account previously, but now I am encountering a message stating that my account is closed. It appears there is a mix-up between my late husband's closed account and my open account. This is the third time I am reaching out for assistance, and I kindly request for this matter to be resolved promptly so I can proceed with my shopping needs.

Good afternoon, I have noticed that when purchasing a product from you, the shipping costs are higher due to the type of packaging used. For example, this week I received a battery and the box could fit around 30 more batteries, causing the shipping cost to be three times more expensive than buying it on eBay. Additionally, the item was not well protected as the box arrived all dented and crushed. When I checked the same battery on eBay, the shipping cost was only 6 or 7 dollars compared to yours at 21 dollars due to the poor, large, and unattractive packaging. This has been the case with all my purchases so far. What is the point of buying at a good price if I receive poorly packaged items? Please change this method, or I will unfortunately not shop at your stores anymore.

Hello Amazon, I am distressed by the threats of debt collection from Fed Ex regarding a purchase I made from you on April 18, [redacted], and paid for with my debit card. They are insisting I pay a shipping charge of £55.94, which was not disclosed in the original Amazon listing. I am at a loss as to why this charge is being demanded. I am considering legal action for harassment and misrepresentation of prices. The exercise bike I purchased was £[redacted], and I have paid the full amount. Reference: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] I kindly request your attention to this matter, as it is unjust and confusing for me as a loyal Amazon customer. As a 71-year-old vulnerable individual, I should not face intimidation from sellers or Amazon without prior notice of additional charges. Your prompt investigation and resolution of this issue are appreciated. Sincerely, Peter K.
