On **.**.** I accidentally pushed a buy button on wigs in my buy later column. I immediately cancelled it. I called customer service the same day within less than * minutes & asked how long would it take to get a refund. I was told within * - * business days. I haven't received my payment yet. I was told last weekend that the vendor would call me within ** - ** hours in order for me to get my money back. So far no call. And today I received the merchandise! They were very poor quality. SoI called to have the items picked up and asked about my refund. I was told that they couldn't give me a refund because the vendor is not in USA.. Why is this a problem when practically everything we (which includes Amazon) buy is from other countries? There are very few items on Amazon that are actually made in the USA with USA materials. If those vendors are refundable with Amazon why aren't they ALL refundable? How is it that the vendor cooperating with Amazon is not refundable? And why is it my problem? Amazon should either be responsible for ALL of their vendors or stop allowing the ones that they won't give refunds for to stop being part of the company. It shouldn't be the customers' responsibility. Amazon's irresponsibility in this has to stop. And all this over almost $**.**! They had no problem deducting money from my account so they shouldn't have a problem putting it back. And I'm sure it won't break them. I'm also a prime member at **.***month.
