How GetHuman3138863 fixed the problem
I held for over an hour twice only to be disconnected. I switched to trying a live chat. After ** minutes an agent joined the chat. I needed clarification if our terrier mix would be allowed to board. There were no clear answers. She is a certified emotional support dog. Ultimately, they stated if she looked to the ticket agent to be a pit bull like breed we would be turned away at the gate. So we would pay to have her certified by our vet per their form, but despite the answers given by our licensed veterinarian we would ultimately be at the mercy of the ticket agent and they are a no refund airline!!!!! Insane, horrible customer service just getting to that point. We booked with Frontier. Super easy, great customer service and better prices. Wish I had the life back I wasted trying to talk to alligient. So stressful.
