The issue in GetHuman-jllamber's own words
I purchased tickets and somehow they had been cancelled. The customer service rep told me that I did it. I most definitely did not cancel my tickets. He then proceeded to tell me I should check with my husband, which I found rude and irritating. I then had to wait on hold * separate times for ** min each time because he kept referring me to a different number. Then when I finally refused secondary to being sent back to him every time he helped me. He would not give me the pricing for the tickets that I purchased before this alleged "canceling" of the order happened. I then had to pay separate fees because I had to get one way tickets so that I didn't get charged $** additional dollars for "canceling" my last ticket. I am frustrated that I had to spend multiple hours on hold, then got horrible customer service with rude comments about me and my husband and almost zero results. As of right now, I will never fly Allegiant again. We fly frequently and this was the worst experience I have had, ever.
