Help with my Aliexpress Service issue

Order ID : ***************Order time: ****-**-***Item received but was faulty, (no vibration) therefore unable to notify when alarm set, incoming call, reminder notifications, etc.*I returned the order per Seller instruction. Tracking number : RR*********MY. Item returned through Pos Malaysia on ** Dec ****. Item reached China Post on ** Dec ****, and tracking report shows still processed at China Post. Request seller to follow up with China post on the delivery since China Post already confirmed received from Malaysia Pos. *Now the tracking status showed the item already delivered on * Mar ****. Seller still says not received.*I need to get confirmation so that I can get a replacement, refund or repaired and ship back to me.*Please tell me what justice do I get when I paid for the faulty goods plus both shipping cost, and get nothing. Aliexpress did not help buyer (customer) at all. Me, buyer are at the mercy using Aliexpress, which claim to protect buyer.*Now I am in deli a. Satus at Malaysia Pos tracking site shows item delivered. **Tracking site confirmed item delivered. I can't get any compensation since both tracking site shows item delivered.*All I want, is to get what I paid for, not nothing. Be it a replacement, refund or repaired and in working condition, this is what I ask. Is this too much? Hope that Aliexpress can help me to get justice.
