I have not received my order *****************. It's over * months already. The buyer protection is running out and the seller decided to extend the buyer protection time for another month or so, so they do not have to refund. This is something that is urgent and I ordered the product about * months ago. I understand that due to COVID-** a lot of goods got delayed in shipping, but these are the masks we are talking about. I am a essential worker and my health depends on this. I have contacted the customer service but the shop extended the buyer protection for another month or so and pretend nothing happens and refused to refund. Aliexpress also failed to resolve this buy saying it is still under buyer's protection. It shouldn't be if you did not allow this happen. I would like to talk to your supervisor if you cannot solve this issue. I would like to know a direct number to call.
