Additionally, in November, her husband and she did not receive a pair of shoes that were also supposed to be delivered. Hello, I am facing an issue with AliExpress customer service. The chat option only offers limited solutions that do not match my problem. I am struggling to find a resolution and feeling stuck. The problem is that I received an item from an unknown seller that I did not order. However, my name and address are correct. After checking my orders, I cannot find any discrepancies to report on. I would like to address an issue with AliExpress Shopping website regarding a decision made for a refund. I tried to appeal on their website, but encountered difficulties. I am not satisfied with the £1.21 refund for 45 pairs of items that were not as described, being 5mm instead of 7mm. Previously, only one picture was required, but now it seems more are needed. I purchased an IPTV box with a 12-month subscription on December 6th and made the payment. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the package. After contacting DHL, I was informed that the order and package number are not in my name and that the delivery was done on 16.12.[redacted]. The seller mentioned that I only ordered the subscription and provided a link afterwards. I am dissatisfied with this situation as I was initially given a false order number, and now I feel like I am being led in circles. I purchased a clothing item from Dance Costume Dress Factory on 11 Nov [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not logged into my AliExpress Account when I made the order, so I cannot find it in My Orders. The seller claims they shipped the item on 19 Nov and it was delivered to my address on 3 Dec, but I have not received it. I purchased a laptop on AliExpress and I am seeking a payment receipt for my order. Despite attempting to contact the seller, they have not responded to my messages and have even marked them as unread. Two weeks ago, I contacted support, who claimed they would email the seller regarding sending me a bill through email, but I have not received anything. The chat interface is difficult to navigate, as I have only interacted with a robot. The automated questions are unclear, and when I manage to select the correct category, I am only met with a message suggesting I can find my bill in the app. However, the described menu does not exist. I received a partial refund for order [redacted][redacted], but the seller has agreed to provide a full refund. I am looking to contact AliExpress directly to address this matter. The seller, VIPLife2019 Store, has stated the following: "Sorry for this issue. Please contact AliExpress customer service and provide them with this message. AliExpress will then process a full refund for you. As I cannot open a dispute at this time, we authorize AliExpress to refund the total amount of this order from our account."

Two months ago, I placed an order that ended up being returned to the sender. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received it yet. Recently, after purchasing a new phone, I logged into my account to contact the company about the refund, only to find that all my messages and previous transactions were deleted. This has made it impossible for me to provide the necessary information, such as the order number, to follow up on my refund request.
