The issue in GetHuman-malshubb's own words
A scheduled a rental yesterday and it I paid $*** for a Airbnb gift card at Walgreens and added it to my account and I booked my room and my account was declined because of a background check. I have no access to my account. You were able to except my money immediately when I booked the room. I need my money back now.

GetHuman-malshubb did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
