My account was locked in error JohnG*****@***.com. Please help.***Hello: My name is John Gabriel, and I have been a successful host on Airbnb since ****. I have been a super host for the past several years. My wife and I love the company. We are both teachers in Massachusetts and we love to host our other property for a little extra income. We also love to use the service. However, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life thus far. First, when I noticed my account was locked I called Airbnb. I noticed that the contact from California which was always super helpful to me in the past was disconnected. I called the international helpline. It feels as though this is a scam. I have called three times to three different people all on different continents. Each person was kind but robotic in their responses. They simply cannot and didn't answer my specific concern. They respond in generalities. I have also been told I would be called back twice and I never was. I am wondering why I am locked out of my account (*****@***.com) As a response to this, I have received this automated email * times verbatim* They are below this email. I would like to rectify this situation. Either by airbnb unlocking my account or airbnb sending me that email that I never received on February **th so I can go through the appeals process. **Prior to this email I am sending you, I have reached out through airbnb email, airbnb on twitter help, phone calls and I have responded to the emails I have gotten that are listed below. **I believe I deserve an explanation as to why I was locked out.
