Booking reference, Billing address, Email address on the account, Account phone number, Payout method (If card or bank account, please include the last 4 digits), and Date of birth

If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I have forgotten my password for my AirBnB account. When I report that I have forgotten it, it allows me to reset but then it checks my credentials like my phone number, which has changed and my card numbers which are not the ones I am currently using, so I have lost access to them as well. I have tried setting up a new account but it will not let me since I already have an existing account which I cannot now access. Please help me.
