Hi our names are Chloe Cawley & Peter Keniry, We have paid €*** to move into Link Road Poleberry our host name is Damien Ludovic. I transfered the €*** into his account but I was meant to transfer it into Airbnb account. They have now cancelled my reservation and refunded me the €*** but its not in my bank account. Damien Ludovic said I can book again once I receive the money back but I'm just wondering when will receive money back? I sent the €*** Friday and its Monday now.

GetHuman-chloexpj did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
