book a home ... I booked a home and the host canceled because the home was being sold. he did refund me everything accept $*** for the service fee. I'm assuming its because its from Airbnb and not him. I would like air bnb to refund this amount or credited to my account so I can book another home asap.
I need every dollar back so I can book another home

ive been using Airbnb for * years now and have great reviews.
ive contacted Airbnb support chat but they are not responding fast enough
