Hello, a couple of weeks ago I had to cancel my reservation because of Covid-** and didn’t realize that the host had a cancelation policy with a **% refund instead of a full refund. After talking with the host she was happy to give me back the full refund of my stay. She told me to submit a request for the requested amount ($***) and she would gladly approve it once it was approved by Airbnb. After submitting the request nor I or the Airbnb host has heard anything back from Airbnb about the status of this request. I was hoping that I could be assisted in receiving this $*** that I still have not received. Let me know what I can do to escalate this process. Thank you.
