I have an email account and have been trying to contact a host. Your Airbnb system will not let me sign in. And when I try and reset my password, it immediately says my password reset link has expired. I have tried signing in with my phone number, that sends me to a sign up page for a new account, I try signing up and it says I already have one. I have tried Facebook and it too resorts me too an email sign up page. Then I spent about hour relentlessly going through each of your help center areas which all ask me to sign in before I can send a message to the help center. Beyond frustrating. And not at all user friendly.
GetHuman5053415 did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
