My Airbnb host sent a change request for me to which I replied but there was an issue and it wouldn’t be accepted. A case manager tried to help and mistakenly chose the wrong place as my trip listing: chose the first option, not the one I was changing too. So now the wrong place is chosen as my reservation. I spoke to your customer service hours ago (two am) and it was supposed to be fixed by this morning yet it’s passed noon and nothing has been done. My reservation is in a few hours, please fix this!
