Hi**The condition of the unit at Fahrenheit ** is horrible. Mowu's service is poor.**On ** May *pm, we checked into the first unit, the air conditioners (AC) were slow to cool in the rooms. At ****pm, when we return to the unit, the AC in * of the bedrooms are not working and room is still cool. Mowu offered to switch unit for us. **The cleanliness of the unit is poor, however, the AC in all the rooms are slighltly better. There cockroaches in the bathroom, broken toilet seat and open drainage in bathrooms.**On ** May *am, AC in one of the room is faulty again. Worse still, * of the toilet is almost choke.**I want to switch unit!**Airbnb or Mowu, you should either switch a unit immediately or book a hotel nearby and Pay for all our rooms!**I requested to speak to Mowu's person in charge but nobody is responding.
