The issue in GetHuman-jkcdiva's own words
Airbnb canceled the reservation because of the some communication I had with my guests the week before they arrive tha made the guest uncomfortable. However, I did not cancel the reservation and it is posted on my account that I canceled it. I did write to the guest suggesting that she find another place if she could, because there was a mistake on my end with the listing, but that I would accommodate her if she was unable to find another place. In fact, I also cleaned out the room and was completely ready for her only to find out the day before the reservation that it has been canceled by Airbnb, but that it was showing up as a host cancellation. Also, I want to make note that I had a long phone conversation with the guest, reassuring her that everything was fine, but it was the room she had requested, and that it will be cleaned out and ready for her to use as a private room. That communication is not in our emails.

GetHuman-jkcdiva did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
