I stayed at this studio (reservation code HMYST**EBQ) and the place was dirty, dangerous and not as advertised. Most of the issues I discovered only came to light during the late afternoon and evening by which time it was too late to move out. I therefore stayed that evening and found another Airbnb the next day. The host refunded me only part of the figure paid so I basically paid £*** for one night! I escalated this to Airbnb but you sided with the host which is deeply unfair and unjust. I am therefore asking that you look into this further and refund the full amount.
GetHuman-juleswyl did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
