*I made a booking in July for a * night stay in September. Some days after I had paid, I realized the apartment has no washing machine and I had to cancel. Since the booking was for * nights, the service fee was quite large (** Euros). number HMBEPBQ*RF I am a good customer and have * more paid bookings coming up soon.
