Hi Team , **This is sheer irresponsible behavior from the host , he agreed to all bookings online , post which when i reached at the address and tried to contact , i was unable to contact the host , he has not been replying until now . A room mate of the property reached me out after waiting for an hour with my kid. *Post which when we checked in the flat was at *th floor without a lift and there were cats staying whom the owner asked to take care off , We were **** scared of how would we will be staying here. Since my kid was cranky we went , but then after ** minutes the cat scared my kid kind off tried to attack. *That moment i decided that i do not want to stay in here whatever be the case , I tried to contact air bnb and the host nobody replied back. I booked a hotel on the go which cost me double the amount (I can share the receipt) , I took away the apartment key as i did not know where and whom to hand the keys as nobody was responding.*I had cancelled and have asked for refund (** euros) from the host , he has not been replying to me , thus i want ABNB to get my refund settled.*I will write the feedback in detail later. Very unhappy with the property , how come this was even shown on ABNB.*Want a reply as soon as possible.**Thanks , *Megha Gupta *************
