Hello*This is my third time to try to contact Airbnb.*I booked an Airbnb and was accepted straight away, problem they did not have two single beds, so I said I would have to look elsewhere. My host Ali Esme took the full amount straight away, but I would be due back the full amount except booking fee.. this has not been received back in my visa account in Australia.. fully amount was Euro ***.**.*Can you inform me what is happening and if the amount has and or will be and when this amount will go into my bank account. I was informed ** days at the most but it is over that now.*Can you please give me some details, as the host says he did his part and cancelled my reservation the following day in Kas.*I at that time booked another apartment in Kas for me and a friend and all went well.*I anxiously await the first amount?*Marianne Syme
GetHuman-mazzaroo did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
I have been booking airbnb for some years now, I just would like my refund from the place in Kas that I was informed did not have the type of accommodation I required.
