Goodday,**I have made my first booking reservation on AirBnb yesterday and have made payment by using the payment split between all ** guests.*My payment was deducted from my credit card last night.*However I didn't realize that we need to pay the FULL amount in * days time, I assumed it was only the **% deposit that was to be paid and the balance to be paid by ** Dec?**Can you kindly confirm how I can resolve this payment issue, can we pay the **% deposit only within the next * days, and our reservation will still be valid?**When will the balance need to be paid?*Is there a security deposit that is required, when does this need to be paid.**Your immediate assistance will be most appreciated.**Thank you.*Farzana

Airbnb support consultants were very quick to respond and resolve my query. They cancelled the initial booking and allowed me to rebook with the correct payment option. All is fine now. Thank you AIRBNB for your help and prompt assistance.
