Early this morning, in trying to make INQUIRIES about two or three AirBnB properties in Boulder, CO for Christmas, I inadvertently seemed to BOOK at least TWO of them, despite the website saying there would be no charges placed then. (I was using my own access portal so CC info was already in place...)*Now, as I CANCEL the ONE property (HMBND*RFH*), the summary shows success but AirBnB has WITHHELD their $***.** Service Fee !! I acted within **-hours of the accidental Booking and should get FULL $ back.**As well, I want to get out from (i.e. CANCEL) the other HMXXBFBPZN that was unintended, and not have the same issue. NO MONEY LOST!!
