I contacted the host. He does not fix the issues, neither comes to the apartment to see the several problems we are going through ... As we arrived today at the apartment in London, reservation number HMR*ECE*KW we discovered several problems: the floor in the kitchen area is broken in several parts, as well as the sidecover of the jacuzzi in the bathroom, there is one big window open that cannot be closed, no towels available (there are some very old ones in the dryer), closet doors are stucked, the trash container is broken. Conditions are poor and unexpected, as well as not clean! Quality*price extremelly low. Nothing gets fiexed. This is not a proper apartment. The price we are paying is way to high for the bad conditions of the apartment. I do not see any interest of the host in solving or fixing the problems
Due to all the problems I have described above, in addition that the shower door is also broken, I suggest to receive back, at least, half of the money I paid for the entire stay, which was the amount of US$ ****.
I am also a host in Chile. For sure ai expect to receive an apartment in proper conditions to stay * nights for the money I have paid.
