Dear Sir*Madam**I booked a place in Istanbul for my family and friends from June **-**. In the reservation request I clearly wrote that I am reserving on behalf of my friends.**The Host confirmed the reservation. But a bit later he*she said he is not able to accommodate and we need to cancel. I said if he was not agree and he cannot accommodate the guests, he simply could reject our reservation. But he confirmed it. *Even now, if he cannot accommodate of the place is not available for any reason, he may cancel. this is not initiated from our side. and if no problem the guests are coming.**Apparently the host changed his mind after he confirmed the reservation and now he keeps telling us we need to cancel, while if we cancel, we have to lose **% of the fee.**This is not fair. **Could you please solve this issue for us? **Kind regards,*Ahmad Salahnejhad Ghalehjooghi
