Find a way to change the ical link that is making it possible for a former house cleaner to still access my guests' full names and the dates that they are at the house. For some reason this issue has been marked as "fixed" on the get human website, but nobody has contacted me about how it has been fixed. ... This is a hosting issue. Someone who formerly worked for me still has access to reservation information because they used the ical link on Airbnb's platform to sync the Airbnb calendar with their own. This person has proven to be unstable and I would like her to no longer have access to information about my house and the guests who are staying in it (first and last names, for example). I have been emailing with someone in customer service for two days about the issue, and we are just going around in circles. He wants me to provide proof that this person still has access (via a screenshot), which is of course something that doesn't even make sense. How could I do that? Anyway, the customer service rep said he would call me, but it ihas been now over four hours...no call. Out of concern for the safety of upcoming guests and the security of my household, I would like to reset that calendar link or just shut it off completely. Or rebuild the whole account if necessary. While the former housecleaner*property manager has not DONE anything, it is not out of the realm of possibility that she might misuse the information she has access to. It seems unreasonable that there would be no way to ensure the security of the calendar and guests' information. Certainly there must be someone further up the supervisory change who can help me better than this current rep is helping.
The person I have been working with for two days from Airbnb customer service has stopped responding to me, even though he said he would contact me by phone. (It has been almost five hours now since that promise was made.)
I would very much like to come to some understanding of how I might ensure that my house and its guests are both safe and secure. A third party, who is disgruntled, has access to the calendar and the only people who can help me problem-solve around that are the employees at Airbnb.
I have had my house listed with Airbnb for over two years. It has been booked all but three weekends (or longer) during that time. I am a Superhost with near perfect ratings, and would very much like to keep it that way.
