Hello, this is my reservation booking HMF*QDAATT. At that time, the host asked me to cancel the booking because she had problems with the apartment. BUT she asked me to not telling Airbnb that she is the one who cancel me, because she doesn't want to get any penalty (you can see my message history for the proof). She promised me that I would get a full refund.**And here I am now, through my credit billing that I received today, I only received **** yen (out of ***** yen). **I'm supposed to get a full refund because I'm not the one who terminated the reservation availablity.**Can you help me please? Or at least get in touch with me?
