The issue in GetHuman-mariarn's own words
Make reservations for my first time ever of going to NYC!!! ... Host led me to believe we would be able to get his place. However, when we went to book his place for * nights, which I told him upfront, he sends an immediate message us if we can add one more night and I replied no.*He sends me another message right back asking me to cancel our reservation. *I called customer service right away and explained the entire situation.**I just noticed the status above is marked as "fixed".*I requested a call back from someone in management and the person I spoke with said she would ask.
This was especially frustrating because the host led us to believe we would be able to book his place.*But he changes his mind when he receives another booking that is for a week. Totally unethical! Very poor business practice.
This should be done , no matter what!**) I would like someone from management to call me and ...**) the Host to send me an apology for his poor judgement in the choice he made.
Spoke with someone but had no one call me back like I had requested.
