I texted this morning but gave up. I am having a processing fee for a reservation I made last night deducted from my refund. Andrew said I was entitled to a full refund prior to my accepting my first choice reservation. I looked up your policy and I should not be charged the Airbnb processing fee when I was cancelling in ** hours. I feel bad keeping Andrews places tied up but stopped the cancellation until we figure it out. I thought you would get back to me promptly this morning.*Thanks, claudia
