I have been trying since August ***** to get a possible rebate for * beavrement flights. I have had several phone calls to your "customer service" department (*-***-***-****) and all to no avail. The last conversation I had was on October ***** at which time I was told that a "lead manager" would contact me that day and I have not received a call yet. It is a long story, but I REALLY need to speak to someone in authority to at least get an answer as to what is going on with my claim and whether it will be reimbursed. The claim was "escalated" because we are not receiving Air Canada's emails requesting "Take Action Request" and therefore, they have closed our case once already. I have replied to their emails requesting they send them to an alternate email address, and still no response from them. My claim number is ****** and confirmation *****E**E***D (Deborah Trider-White)
