I have been trying to book flights for my boss, Diane J. Brisebois (Aeroplan number *********) for well over a month now by logging in to her account. I get as far as just before seat selection and I have been continuously getting an error message. "We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later. (err-*) (****)" and I can't go any further. I then need to log in as a guest which means filling out all the information which normally would be populated. As you can appreciate this has become more than frustrating. She has even tried from her own computer with the same results and needless to say she has become beyond frustrated. The fact that she has just become a member of the "* million mile club" makes it even worse. I have spoken to several of your agents and no one seems to be able to assist.**HELP ! ! !
