If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

How can I determine which email address Affirm has associated with my name and SSN, so that I know where to look for a confirmation code to verify or change mobile number which is associated with the name and SSN?*How can I determine if I even have any relationship with Affirm? I do not recall ever setting up any account with Affirm, but your error messages indicate that there may be some connection. (I find it quite annoying that no hint whatsoever is provided during the default "Update my phone number" process flow that might limit the number of email addresses I need to check for the confirmation code.)**How shall I most effectively and securely provide the information you may need to help answer this inquiry, assuming that some manual action is required? (not just the provision of a link to a well hidden and*or undocumented URL that will enable me to determine the appropriate email to check.)**Regards,*Dave

I emailed, and their response was too boiler plate, didn't really address problem. the email included a toll free number to call, so I also tried that, but was disconnected on my first attempt, and didn't try twice. I replied back indicating dissatisfaction. A couple hours later, I received a phone call. I had no account with Affirm. The New Account was in limbo for some reason, it may require a couple business days to reset. I may report back at that time, but for now, I'm probably not using Affirm's service.
How GetHuman-mcdropsh fixed the problem
Send email to *****@***.com.*Be prepared to reply via email if the initial (non-autoresponse) response is too generic.*Be reachable at phone number provided. When affirm called me, they were able to determine that my initial request for pre-qualification was stuck in limbo. I was told it could take a couple business days before limbo status was resolved, but I did receive an email indicating that I could try again less than an hour after phone call ended. *If you do not have any history with Affirm, consider going directly to their web site to complete initial setup, rather than using link from *rd party which is using Affirm to offer financing. Give preference to a normal cell phone number when first establishing relationship with Affirm. Google Voice and*or VOIP line may have contributed to initial limbo status (but this is just speculation on my part).
