I can't log in to my aeroplan account. Aeroplan number *********. It saysnot using the right password. We never changed the password. When offered the ability to change the password I accepted. The message said an email would be sent to me. I never got the email even though I always get my regular emails from aeroplan. * Last spring I got an email saying if I didn't get any new points by June ** our points would expire. I made a purchase June **,**** at Home Hardware.. (have receipt) The checkout lady said they had internet problems and the aeroplan points didn't go through but would do it later in the day. Maybe that's the problem but our points show as accumulating on other purchases such as at Premiere Suites stay July **** for **** points. Hope this can be fixed as we like our aeroplan card.
