I was charged twice for my lagged. I flew on August ** out of Guadalajara to San Jose on your flight that left at *:**. I paid for * paces of luggage. I call the *** number but I was told to email you, I could not find your email. *I also would like to make a comment, when I check in here in San Jose and paid for my luggage I liked it because I did not have to stand in line, but when I left from Guadalajara I also checked in and paid for my luggage, but I was warless because I had to stay in line with everyone else for more than an hour. I hope you can refund my money soon.
