I flew from Russia to jfk my bag and my sons bag were lost. We flew into jfk on ****:**. Aero flight *su***. Our tickets *su-****** and su******. I have called your lost and found **-***-***-**** left messages and no one has contacted me. We were on vacation for ** days all of our clothes were in our bags. We purchased all new clothes we had a wedding in Italy. Why is no one getting back to us on the status of on bags. Our bags must have not been transferred when we flew from Rome to Moscow SVO . We paid a lot of money on our flight tickets and our clothes. This is very poor customer service. I will never use your airline again and I am going to write online about your poor service and to never use your airline. Very unhappy customer LeeAnn ohara and Danny ohara. Please get back to me ASAP. I don’t want money to cover our lost I want our luggage your staff is incompetent not transferring our luggage from Rome flight *su****
