I am reaching out regarding a refund request for the voucher issued to me following the cancellation of my flight due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I want to highlight that I do not intend to utilize the voucher, and it is set to expire soon on June 23, [redacted].
I acknowledge the challenges that airlines endured during the pandemic and am grateful for the voucher option in place of a refund. Nevertheless, given a shift in my plans and my decision not to use the voucher, I kindly request a refund of the amount so I can allocate it according to my needs.
