I filled out a refund request for a cancelled flight back in june, my case number is *******. since then I have ben contacted by email twice, requesting details that were already listed on the refund request. I had an email yesterday from Nieve Mari in guest services, talking about different flights and asking if I wanted to fill in a refund request! i want to know what is going on and when my request will be settled. I cannot find a phone number so I can speak direct. I have given you my full details several times, including my phone number.*on some earlier correspondence you also used the case number *******.
