Booking **SDV** Barry Page was cancelled by AER LINGUS and I chose the option of a voucher rather than a refund. This request was acknowledged on ****. On **** I asked for an update and was given a case * ******* on ****. Requests for an update on **** and **** have been ignored. I am planning to travel to Europe in the next *-* months and need to know the status of my voucher which has not been sent to me in the * months since you cancelled my flight.
