Today I received an email from you advising me to complete API ( Advanced Passenger Information ) for myself and my husband in preparation for our trip to USA on **********. Ref number: *EXITW. However, on logging in to my Aer Lingus app, API is not an option on “Manage My Booking” ?? Where does that leave us ??! We have never had to do this before, having travelled to USA as recently as last March. Our ESTA is up to date. Please clarify the situation for me by emailing me to the address below. Thank you.
