I am a frequent traveller from London Heathrow. To Dublin. Over the past few months, on numerous occasions, without any announcement from the captain or flight crew, we arrived into T*. No explanation or offer of assistant to ederly guests with mobility problems or parent carrying bags and trying to manage children on the long walk to T*. We booked and paid for flights from LHR * to Dublin T* and do not expect to be dumpted off at T* or a remote gate
GetHuman-angiegeo did not yet indicate what Aer Lingus should do to make this right.
