My flight was abruptly cancelled one hour before departure on September **, ****. I was travelling with a friend who uses a wheelchair, and it took ** minutes for someone to come to help her to the Baggage Claim Area. I am told that I am entitled under EU Laws to a $*** Euro payment for both tickets which I purchased through American Express.*Amex said I have to contact Aer Lingus directly and their is no number for customer service. Very poor customer service, in my opinion.
