Lost baggage. All * bags. Route was Philadelphia to Dublin to Aberdeen. I was given a file reference and told I would be contacted within ** hours. I have used the online tracker with the file reference but it hasn’t been updated, the status remains the same “tracing active”*I called and left a VM as agents were all busy*I want to know if our bags are sitting in Dublin or if they just do t know where they are. Only here with my kids for a short time and would like to start our vacation instead of waiting for luggage that may not come
