I need an answer to this question to see if my travel agent is lying. Does Aer Lingus ever refund *st class tickets when they bump or downgrade a passenger? I was booked for a deluxe trip to Ireland and a few hours before flight my agent told me that they were overbooked and if I took a regular seat that my ticket would be refunded.
