Aer Lingus's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-mollylfi a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I have been having trouble changing my flights and have a few questions. When I first bought the tickets it said that I would only have to pay the booking fee. When I went to change the flights it showed me having to pay a booking fee and the cost of the ticket. If I pay this will the original cost of my return ticket be refunded? I bought tickets knowing there was a large chance that I would have to exchange them but was comforted by being told that there was only a change fee. I have been trying to call for weeks and just been put on hold multiple times. I am very frustrated and just want someone to answer my questions at this point
