Tonight, *:**pm **rd May ****, I on-line booked flight from Boston to Dublin and on to Newcastle upon Tyne starting *th June **** and returning *th June ****. Completed all details including seat reservations and credit card numbers for payment. The software then returned me to the start of the booking process without a confirmation number or flight details. What happened? Are the seats booked? Will I be charged for them? If so how can I access them?
GetHuman-snjgeen did not yet indicate what Aer Lingus should do to make this right.
